Epic Games Provides Humanitarian Relief for Ukraine

The war in Ukraine forced millions of Ukrainian families to flee their homes. Together with the Fortnite community, Epic Games raised $144 million to support organizations, including UNHCR, to provide humanitarian relief efforts for people affected by the war in Ukraine.

Epic Games committed all of its Fortnite proceeds from March 20, 2022, through April 3, 2022, from in-game sales, including cosmetic in-game items and virtual currency bought in a shop or online. All proceeds supported UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, UNICEF, World Food Programme, World Central Kitchen and Direct Relief.
